DIRECTOR Product Management (US remote)

JOB OVERVIEW

TE Connectivity is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Product Management to join our Digital Center of Excellence. In this leadership role, you will partner with other COE leaders to deliver a comprehensive strategy and roadmap to support current and future business needs for TE’s digital products and platforms, including TE.com, product search, ecommerce and self-service tools. As a leader in the digital COE you will also create structure around the product management discipline to ensure consistency throughout the organization, fostering standardized processes and best practices.

TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the overall digital vision and business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and business units, to gather insights, define product requirements, and prioritize initiatives.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization.

• Lead a team of product managers and provide mentorship, guidance, and support to drive excellence in product management practices.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and vendors.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

• Partner with UI/UX team to improve product usability and experience

• Prioritize product backlog and ensure user stories are groomed ahead of sprint planning

• Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives

PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Proven track record of success in product management roles, with at least 8-10 years of experience in leading digital product initiatives.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Deep understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, IoT, AI/ML, and data analytics.

• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and driving collaboration across diverse teams and geographies.

• Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset, with a relentless focus on delivering value and driving customer success.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $174,960 - 262,440 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
