What You Will Bring:

• Education: 4-year technical or business degree from an accredited college program
• Work Experience: At least 3-5 years renewable energy project development (solar PV preferred) full Lifecyle experience is required
• Project Development experience in PJM, Miso, or NYISO energy markets is required
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, people, and strategic objectives; Project Management Professional certification preferred
• Subject matter expertise (e.g., real estate, environmental, permitting, tax abatements) highly valued

Aktivitäten

• Advise Land Acquisition Specialists on greenfield targets and negotiations to ensure financeable lease/purchase options and site control agreements with landowners. As needed, contract and supervise local land agents.
• Intimate knowledge and ability to follow closely the renewable energy power market trends including changing technologies, regulations, and regulatory/ financial incentives
• Lead and coordinate development activities for assigned pipeline projects
• Collaborate with assigned Project Manager to maintain project schedules and ensure the project meets budgets
