Description

  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Support the collation, analytics and report creation for category strategies, tenders, contract implementation, supplier financial commitments and external partner engagements
  • Develop, implement, and manage databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Identifie, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets relating to business needs
  • Produce and track KPIs, develop and support reporting processes, and monitor and audit data quality
  • Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations and provide sector and competitor benchmarking
  • Analyse and extracts insights from country-level and aggregated demand data
  • Support the roll out of the implementation plan for the full grant life cycle health product demand and supply planning processes
  • Support the establishment of the demand & supply planning function and processes, by providing relevant analytics that show how outputs can deliver maximum strategic value for health product demand and budget management at both grant and portfolio level
  • Support the Manager, Demand and Supply Planning and Forecasting identify opportunities to drive continuous improvements in processes and tools to achieve simplification, greater efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance

Profile

  • Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business Management, or Supply Chain and / or Procurement related subject
  • Advanced IT and analytical skills and presentation skills to enable effective communication to stakeholders
  • Experience in the procurement analytical role
  • Knowledge on the health product
  • Relevant demand-side experience in Low and Middle-Income Countries
