Description
Develop and Deliver Training: Create detailed training programs tailored to upskill the existing application support team in banking-specific knowledge and advanced technical support skills. Deliver training sessions that are engaging and informative, catering to different learning styles.
Support and Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to the application support team. Act as a second-level technical escalation point for complex support issues.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the training progress and the application support team's performance to identify areas for improvement and additional training needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT management and banking operations to ensure that training materials and support practices align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of training materials, sessions, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior management on the team's progress and challenges.
Profile
Experience and Education: A minimum of 7 years in IT support with at least 3 years in a banking or financial services environment. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Additional certifications in banking operations or IT support are preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in application support tools and systems used in the banking sector. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Training Skills: Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs. Excellent ability to convey complex information in an understandable and effective way.
Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to handling challenges and imparting knowledge
Languages: you are fluent in English and French
Location: it is mandatory to live in Switzerland at the begining of the mission
