Product Line Lead - ASPIRE ERP Platforms

As a Product Line Lead you will be accountable for complementary Products within the Product Line and promote a strong focus on IT Product Management including networked, agile ways of working and a role model for business partnering, closely collaborating with senior stakeholders, Domain Leads and Product Managers to shape the digital strategy, roadmaps and portfolios to co-create solutions and maximize the value delivered by your Product Line area.

Key responsibilities

You’ll be working within the ERP Platforms and Services Domain. The dedicated domain that is responsible within Informatics for co-developing and stewarding the strategic direction and operating ERP. This includes orchestrating across Domains, architecting and integrating products to deliver, safeguard, run and maintain existing and new ERP platforms and solutions.

The ASPIRE ERP Platform Management Product Line has accountability for the ASPIRE ERP Platforms within the Foundational Domain ERP Platforms and Services. This comprises accountability for products covering for example (but is not limited to) the full stack global ASPIRE Core platforms like SAP S/4 HANA ERP Core, Integration to the ERP Core, ERP Digital Backbone Solution Roadmap1, as well as the ASPIRE Solution Template Management, Protection and Technical Integrity.

As the Product Line Lead,

• you will be accountable for the ASPIRE SAP Solution Template Detailed Design and Technical Integrity to sustainably fulfill technical and system requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders, for e.g. SAP: Key Design Decisions, Developments, Release (CI/CD), Lifecycle Management

• In close collaboration with business domains, ensure solutions that meet business and patient needs and are maximum standard for a clean, cloud ready digital core, in alignment with ERP Architecture guardrails

• You will have accountability for the ASPIRE Digital Core maintainability, operations, evolution, adaptations and compliance including Digital Core integration scenarios

• You will partner with the related Business Domains, with Chapters and leadership teams to establish high performing, results oriented agile teams to deliver on Product priorities and roadmaps

• You will provide leadership in the role of ASPIRE Product Area Team Solution Architect

• You will also play a key role in other ASPIRE ERP and Informatics governance bodies and frameworks, providing VACC leadership to ASPIRE Solution Architects

Who you are

• 5+ years of leadership experience and related Domain knowledge

• Bachelor or advanced degree, ideally Science, Technology, Engineering focus

• Business qualification desirable e.g. MBA

• Exhibits servant and creative leadership (VACC) behavior

• Exhibits a Lean-Agile Mindset

• Technical SAP Experience across all SAP technologies
