AR Assistant H/F - 3 month temporary mission
You're an professional with a first experience in an accounting or customer service role and availabkle immediatly.
- Provide a high level of customer service for questions and requests concerning invoicing
- Respond rapidly to tickets
- Adjust and correct data and
- Resolve client billing issues and escalate where necessary
- CFC or equivalent
- Good knowledge of English (B2), French a plus
- Strong service orientation
- Detailed and precise
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Team spirit
- First experience in a similar environment
