We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
You will lead and manage key initiatives and projects related to the global business unit Large Projects (LP), New Installations (NI) and Modernizations (MOD).
Main tasks include:
Leading international teams to deliver key strategic initiatives/projects that span across several business units & departments and manage project scope and changes
Manage resources, schedules, financials, adhere to stage gate quality and control guidelines throughout the full project development and roll-out
Management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
You are a self-motivated and highly results-oriented personality with strong leadership and motivational skills. Stakeholder management and a professional approach to project management are further strengths of yours.
Further requirements may include:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or equivalent
Strong analytical business and conceptual skills
Experience in Intercultural Agile Project Management
Advanced knowledge of English (C1) and upper intermediate knowledge of German (B2)
