Senior Consultant Shared services and outsourcing transformation

• Engage in GBS-related projects focused on evaluating the current state and identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as implementing them.
• Collaborate as a part of project teams composed of internal and client staff to transform clients' operations and establish a platform for success.
• Support our global clients throughout their end-to-end GBS journey, from Target Operating Model design to large-scale business transformations.
• Gather and analyze multi-layered data to present it to the client and identify the most suitable solutions.
• Assist in the creation of winning proposals to advise clients on Global Business Services and Outsourcing strategy execution.
• Develop personally through external and internal projects, as well as a diverse range of training and courses.

• Possess 2-3 years of professional experience within the GBS/Shared Services/Captive and/or Business Process Outsourcing industry.
• Experience in one or more shared services functions, preferably within end to end Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, HR, or IT services.
• Possess advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exhibit fluency in German and English as a must.
