About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and influential Talent Intelligence Lead with a background in talent insights and research practices. The Talent Intelligence Lead will partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders across the company to apply broad knowledge of our strategic direction to provide deep insight into the regional, industry, and competitor-focused talent trends.

You will be the expert source for research and analysis of the external talent landscape with specific knowledge in the global manufacturing, supply chain & quality landscape.  You will partner across business units, functions, and global regions to develop global, cross-company talent strategies focused on solving important talent needs, maximizing latest opportunities, and responding to evolutions in the talent market.  The information shared will provide insights and recommendations to the organization to help them make informed decisions about talent strategy.

How you will contribute:

  • Provide expertise in competitive intelligence research and building talent pipelines for future Director to VP level roles within the global manufacturing, supply chain & quality landscape within the pharmaceutical landscape

  • Analyse relevant, cross-business data and trends to provide insights and set multi-year strategies to meet hiring goals

  • Identify systemic talent issues and partner with embedded TA teams to ensure the right tools and assessment framework are available and being leveraged

  • Consult on long-term talent strategies focused on important technical and leadership talent gaps

  • Leverage the institutional talent and human capital knowledge to unlock value for the company

  • Lead the "Buy" side of the succession planning engagements to identify and cultivate external talent

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Collaborative personality with the ability to navigate through ambiguity

  • Ability to pivot around shifting priorities while keeping the big picture in focus

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience

  • Proven critical thinking expertise in the talent intelligence space

  • Experience with global partnership and operating strategically

  • Capability to work with international partners from TA and business at different levels of the organization

  • Ability to retain and convey information to multiple team members in a concise, effective, and time-sensitive manner

  • Exceptional ability to manage and organize multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines while ensuring attention to detail.
