Interested in joining an experienced international team of Finance, IT and Risk professionals within Group Risk Management?

Risk Assurance is a global team with close interactions with the business units and Group functions, helping to improve the control framework across the Group.

What you will do

Provide assurance over the quality of the internal controls within the Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF).

Assess and discuss internal control issues which are significant to the Group.

Perform deep dive reviews within business units and Group functions, working closely with the local Internal Control, Risk and Finance teams.

In co-operation with management testing teams, be responsible for performing quality assurance procedures to ensure that internal control testing activities are performed in compliance with the Zurich Risk Policy.

Provide enhancements based on learnings across the Group and from industry external best practices.

What you bring

5+ years of experience.

Solid knowledge of Insurance and related IT processes is required.

Previous experience gained working within a global audit team (such as a Big 4 firm) or internal control engagements, with focus on IT is preferred.

Prior experience within a business unit in Risk Management, Finance or within Group Finance (within the insurance industry) would be an asset.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are required.

Fluent in English. German would be an asset.
