Main duties

  • Responsibility for the HR administration and data management of executives and employees located in the Headquarters
  • Support day-to-day people management activities along the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit management
  • Support on payroll activities, reporting, communications and invoice approvals
  • Support local and Group HR projects and initiatives, as well as CHRO with HR coordination activities
  • Support to Group Total Rewards in administrating rewards & HR analytics processes and global mobility and employee benefits administration
  • Ensure accuracy of all HR regulations, policies, processes and procedures
  • Screening of applications (optional, depending on background)
  • Act as the main contact for all employees, in close cooperation with internal and external office/facility management and our internal IT

Professional competence

  • Basic commercial education with further education in HR (ideally with Swiss Federal Diploma as HR Assistant)
  • At least 2 years professional experience and proven track record in a similar position
  • Sound specialist knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
  • Experience working in an international matrix organisation
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), all other European languages are an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook), Abacus is an advantage
