Your team

Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
Within the Banking Operations departement as Fund Distribution Commissions Specialist, you will be part of the Investment Fund Agreements & Commissions team.
 

Your role

•    Trailer fee commissions processing (reconciliations, controls, payment incomings).
•    Commissions reallocation, support to business lines & clients.
•    Operational and regulatory projects management.
•    Activity controls and risk assessment.
•    System updates and data quality maintenance.
•    Development of relationships in line with the department and Group strategy.

 

Your profile

•    Previous experience managing trailer fee commissions or similar fee activities.
•    Knowledge of the banking environment and financial funds (a plus).
•    Strong software/computer skills and interest in banking operations.
•    Initiative and ability to work under pressure.
•    Autonomous & solution provider.
•    Interpersonal skills and sense of customer service.
•    Fluent French & English - spoken and written.
•    Domicile in Switzerland required.
