For our Culinary Arts Academy Campus in Le Bouveret , we are currently looking for a

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the successful candidate will join a dynamic team, committed to the delivery of high quality programs and will be required to teach to multi-cultural profiles.

Starting Date: as soon as possible

Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality food production with the support of the kitchen team
  • Supervise the students in the food production according to our standards
  • Participate in collaboration with the team to improve services, provide ideas for innovation and variety
  • Apply the HACCP standards and ensure that they are respected in the production sector
  • Ensure follow-up on student's needs

Requirements:

  • Degree (CFC or equivalent) in Kitchen
  • 3-4 years work experience
  • Strong International Culinary knowledge
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Considers the job and the hospitality industry as a passion
  • Patient, maturity and leadership skills
  • Very well organized

Swiss Nationality, valid permit or European Nationality CE/AELE
