As an CEO Assistant & Project Coordinator at Akselos, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO, Thomas Leurent, and be exposed to the daily decisions and challenges that come with running a disruptive business. You will be encouraged to take on responsibilities, immerse yourself in a diverse range of topics, and gain valuable insights that will enhance your professional development. You'll have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, and contribute to and tailor projects that have a meaningful impact. Main Tasks:


  • Coordinate CEO meetings with potential investors, gain valuable experience in high-level stakeholder communication, and contribute to securing funding.

  • Manage new projects and pitch them to management (e.g. implementation of accounting software or cap management table tool, incorporation of subsidiary)

  • Participate in pitch practices, and presentation rehearsals, and ensure the CEO's pitch preparation for investor meetings

  • Plan and arrange visits of investors and stakeholders to our headquarters.

  • Support the CEO with meeting minutes, information reporting, and coordination of critical matters like Boardpack, Quarterly Business Report, and Annual Report.

  • Provide legal matters support, e.g., in trademarks and patenting.

  • Help facilitate negotiations and strategic discussions.

  • Handle all bookings for CEO travel and accommodation through platforms such as Egencia.


We are looking for you if you are:


  • Currently enrolled in a university in either a Bachelor's or Master's course in Administration, or relevant field


Professional experience:


  • Motivated and open to the dynamic startup environment.

  • Excellent English language skills.

  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to take on diverse tasks.

  • Detail-oriented, excellent memory, and time management skills.
