Senior Manager - Biodiversity and Nature 80 - 100%

• Lead advisory efforts on biodiversity reporting and strategies for clients, drawing upon frameworks such as TNFD, GRI, ESRS, Science Based Targets for Nature, and other emerging standards.
• Deliver projects related to biodiversity and broader sustainability issues, creating actionable insights that drive transformative change for our clients.
• Navigate the dynamic landscape of biodiversity and sustainability, contributing to the continuous evolution of our consulting practice.
• Present key project outcomes to senior client management, demonstrating comfort with exposure to top-tier executives.
• Shape and pursue your career trajectory, benefiting from a blend of internal and external training opportunities and complemented by mentorship from seasoned professionals.

• A master's degree in biodiversity, ecology, biology or a related field, with a broad overview across natural topics without expertise in any specific species or ecosystem type is important
• Practical experience in nature and biodiversity reporting frameworks such as TNFD, SBTn, GBF, and others
• At least six years of relevant experience, ideally with a consulting firm or in an industry setting
• Strong experience in mapping biodiversity hotspots and developing mitigation plans for businesses is highly desirable
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading projects and guiding project team members
• Thrives both independently and as a collaborative team player, showcasing adaptability and mobility crucial in the consulting environment
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous
