3. College degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.

4. Previous sales experience preferred.

Aktivitäten

You will work for our Marketing and Services branch which is responsible to help our business and retail customers to optimize their transportation experience and operations through our wide range of products and services.

You are responsible for the management and development of an assigned sales territory of direct customers in Long Island. Market our branded lubricants to Direct accounts within the defined territory.

Focus on synthetic passenger car engine oils, heavy-duty diesel engine oils, greases, transmission fluids.

Manage existing customers and business development plan activity to meet budgeted sales and profitability objectives.

Develop the sales relationship with Buying Group members.

Manage direct sales to Kia Dealerships, Navistar, CFS, and other national program business as assigned.

Establish annual objectives & goals for customers on a case-by-case basis.

As part of your missions, you are in charge of:

  • Apply the TotalEnergies Marketing USA Road Map
  • Analyze customer needs and offer solutions to enable customers to view TotalEnergies as a business partner.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts and prospective customers.
  • Achieve sales districts business growth and profitability objectives as set by Sales Director.
  • Maintain accurate database of customer and new business activity using TotalEnergies CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the Distributor Sales team to ensure support of customers on national programs.
  • Work closely with all company departments to achieve budgeted growth objectives. E.g., Sales Support, and Marketing.
  • Report Weekly and Monthly the results to management as set by Manager
  • Represent the company on events, shows, and other Marketing activities
  • Secure field intelligence regarding price movement, competitive programs, industry environment, etc.(Pricinsight tools)

You will contribute to the development of the Lubricants activities taking into consideration the roadmap and ambition of the Group.

Sales Professional, you will help to develop our brand recognition by selling products such as Heavy duty engine oils, passenger car motor oils, synthetic lubricants, greases and specialty products. Marketing these products through direct accounts (Wholesalers, Independent Auto Repair, Dealerships, Fleets), and occasionally distributors.

Being a challenger, you will develop new sales business as well as new customers and you are a real sales partner for your current key account customers. You have a positive attitude to face difficult situations and don’t stay frustrated with a refusal. You are a good team player and are dedicated to the success of your business and your department. You are a safe driver with a clean driving record. You can work remotely and live in the region with an actual business network.
