HRBP Agile Regional Lead EMEA

Position can be located in: Bern, Switzerland or Maidenhead, United Kingdom

Position Purpose:

Lead, coach, develop the HRBP Services team within the geographical area of responsibility whilst ensuring delivery of best-in-class people and organizational scalable, consistent and efficient HR solutions to all leaders and employees across legal entities of the CSL enterprise whist creating an environment where employees of all backgrounds can find promising futures.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provide EMEA HRBP Services Teams with day-to day leadership inclusive of the workflow management and prioritization whilst ensuring ongoing development, growth, and success of its members.
  • Forge strong connections and lines of communications with employees at GLG-3 levels across the organizations by acting as a coach, partner and confidant to leaders across the EMEA teams and being an advocate for employees.
  • Partner with the Head of HRBP Services to develop programs that continually elevate the caliber, engagement, and solutions quality for all employees across the three regions by analyzing people data and trends to inform workload, projects, and upcoming programs.
  • Partners with the  Global Employee Services Teams inclusive of ER COE to ensure a feedback loop that represents the voice of the customer. Inform proactively of key aspects to consider pertaining to the employee population to ensure seamless delivery of services and implementation of new initiatives/programs.
  • Leads IR strategy for the geographical area of responsibility and ensures alignment with Strategic HRBP’s, HR Site Leads and overall Global Enterprise IR objectives.
  • Be project managers of key business initiatives and cyclical HR activities for Strategic HRBP across the globe.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, including educating and creating awareness, and ensuring an inclusive work environment that fosters belonging and collaboration and is representative of CSL Values
  • Function as an ambassador of the region for the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team to ensure that CSL attracts the best talent and remains as a great place to grow a career and deliver promising futures. Provide feedback to the relevant COE on employee experience.
  • Be fluent in Total Reward programs, salary structures, benefits, market analysis and overall compensation philosophy of the region they represent. Have a constant dialogue with the Total rewards COE to ensure that current market dynamics and trends are conveyed whilst helping to educate HRBP team, managers, and employees on CSL total rewards practices.
  • Inspire a culture that seeks clarity, practices relentless improvement, acts with empathy, fosters transparency and upholds CSL’s ethical standards, and finds strength in togetherness & collaboration.
  • Focus on continuous improvement programs to continually elevate the caliber, engagement and solutions quality across the three regions by analyzing people data and trends to inform workload, projects, and upcoming programs.
  • Hold a full understanding of the external dynamics in the geography of responsibility. and nurture the global understanding of the team

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Education:

  • BA/BS degree in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience
  • IT skills: MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT.
  • Language: English business proficiency (writing, speaking). Additional language from the relevant region an advantage.
  • SPHR, GPHR Certification or Advanced HR Certification preferred.
  • Change management certificate preferred.
  • Green belt, blackbelt, continuous improvement preferred.
  • Versed in agile organization/ways of working preferred

Experience:

  • 10+ years of combined HR experience (HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, COE or combined) preferably within a fast paced, growth environment.
  • 5+ years’ experience leading, coaching, developing, and managing experienced HR Teams in a matrix and diverse environment.
  • 5+ years’ experience partnering and influencing seniors’ leaders to help drive their people strategy and increase business results.
