Position Summary

As Jet Aviation’s Specialist Process & Systems Support, you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders throughout the company to ensure that the processes and associated platforms are available, matching business needs, globally aligned and executed effectively.

Main Responsibilities

• Develops methodologies, processes, reporting and associated intuitive, agile, scalable, and manageable tools.
• Provides technical expertise to Jet Aviation’s end-users and leaders on business solutions and processes to adequately specify their needs.
• Ensures change management by training end-users, answering questions regarding systems usage, data transactions and status.
• Manages consolidation of End User Computing solutions in related IT strategic programs (ERP, CRM, BI).
• Identifies new Business Solution opportunities and automations and be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing automated systems in various environments to improve businesses processes in collaboration with internal IT and /or external providers in order to deliver new solutions.
• Maintains troubleshooting tracking ensuring timely resolution of problems.
• Develop, clean, analyze and maintain master data, as well as acting as Master Data Stewart or Owner.
• Develop or support both the development and the implementation of major enterprise toolsets (ERP, CRM, other).
• Follow-up and monitor different initiative under your responsibility for a timely delivery to end-users.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Science / Information technologies / Business Intelligence from an accredited university.
• Strong track-record in managing Business Solutions and processes, master data management in a global matrixed organization.
• Understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, regulatory framework and MRO processes would be an advantage.
• Development and coding skills (VB, VBA) in the context of custom solutions development.
• SQL, Power BI, MS 365 SharePoint and MS Power Apps suite is required.
• Understanding of fundamental programming concepts such as data types, loops, and conditional statements.
• Deep understanding of ERP Systems, end to end processes and Transactional aspects. Experience with SAP preferred, SAP S/4 Hana as an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
