CordenPharma International (CPI) acts as the management company of the CordenPharma Group. In addition to the Executive Leadership Team, CPI has central functions such as Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR and Corporate Development, which work for the CordenPharma Group across locations and at an international level.

We are looking for one as soon as possible

• Management of development and/or product support projects within timelines and budget, according to schedules and costs agreed with supervisor
• Assure/enhance production process robustness and quality
• Assure regular reporting and adequate communication
• Assure satisfaction of the customers (internal and external)
• Assure anticipation and active proposition of solutions in development projects and structural optimization initiatives

• Pharmacist or similar academic training, PhD a plus  
• 5 years of practical experience in similar position
• Expert theoretical and applied knowledge of pharmaceutical technology of solids, semi-solids and liquids and current international guidelines (GMP, ICH, ISO)
• Experience in people management and project management
• French and English fluent
