Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to establish annual budgets, monitor performance against budgets, and provide detailed analysis of variances.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
Assist with the preparation of information packages for the board of directors and shareholders.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, project profitability analysis, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements regarding financial reporting, including legal requirements and accounting standards.
Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal procedures and controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with company policies and procedures.
External Audit Management: Coordinate external financial audits, prepare required documentation, and collaborate with external auditors to ensure effective and smooth audits.
