CONTEXT & MISSION:
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Global Travel Retail Business Unit ! In this role, you will provide high quality assistance to 3 Executives (60-70 %) and organizing international commercial events (30-40 %). You will interact and work hand in hand with multiple stakeholders in an international fast-paced environment.
The position reports to the Managing Director Global Travel Retail and is based in the Group WHQ Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva).
