Trade Marketing Project Leader Export

CONTEXT & MISSION:

As L'Occitane En Provence Trade Marketing Project Leader for our EMEA & Americas Export Department, your role will be to inspire and coach our distributors to elevate the customer experience on all channels locally through 360 Marketing Initiatives, while ensuring the best execution respecting L'Occitane's vision & values.

You will be part of the Export Marketing team and you will report to the Head of Marketing Export.

You will work closely with your "quatuor" represented by collaborators with different expertise (Retail & Customer Experience, Digital and Sales).

You may also collaborate with International teams in Marketing development, Press Relations and Visual Merchandising.

You will be the key Marketing point of contact for around 15 distributors based in Europe.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)OPERATIONAL & TRADE MARKETING:

  • Support on yearly Launch plan with distributors taking into account local markets needs and constraints and ensuring activations deployment on key campaigns

  • For main campaigns, coach distributors to maximize all aspects of the 360, including Digital, Social Media, Influencers activations, Social Selling, PR and CRM while maintaining fundamental execution in the stores (merchandising & promotions, sampling)

  • Coordinate transversal campaigns related to brand projects or commitments (Plastic Odyssey, Wonderful Places)

  • Logistics: follow-up of novelties order / work on implementation orders for new market openings

  • Promotions: ensure that the promotions put in place by the distributors are in line with the L'Occitane Group Promotional Charter

2)MERCHANDISING:

  • Align with Concept team in Paris, Area Managers and distributors locally in the project framing (define objective of store, store potential, timeline)

  • Analyze most performing products on market and provide custom Product Assortment adapted to POS size

  • Based on the Design Package provided by Concept team, realize Merchandising recommendation

  • Ensure all POS are respecting visual identity and brand guidelines and provide feedback

3)SOCIAL MEDIA:

  • Be the key contact for any topics or questions related to Social Media

  • Provide advice and coordination help with Meta about page ownership issues.

  • Provide Paid social recommendations (campaign set up, budget, visuals) on key campaigns through toolboxes

  • Ensure local content is respecting brand guidelines on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

  • Share relevant and creative Social Media campaigns to Marketing and Digital teams as well as distributors

  • Stay informed of Meta new features, regulations and recommendations (ex: pixel)

4)TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS :

  • Prepare content for Export Annual Seminar

  • Consolidate and prepare reporting for main marketing campaigns

  • Key point of contact for Customer Service & CSM teams

HOW YOU CAN FIT :

  • 3-5 years' experience in operational marketing

  • Fluent in English ; French is a plus

  • Strong customer centricity mindset and business acumen

  • Solid oral presentation skills with the ability to animate a community

  • Good level of autonomy & proactivity with a strong team-spirit

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships at all levels and across functions

  • Appetite for change and challenges and at ease in an international environment with remote & multicultural teams

  • Travel requirements: willing to travel up to 10 %.
