In order to strengthen our IT department, based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented
IT Service Desk Specialist
In this critical role, you are responsible for effectively managing customer expectations, serving as a communication channel between customers and the IT organization and whenever possible, providing a first-contact resolution for customers.
Accountabilities
As the point of contact for all issues related to IT, you provide the technical assistance and support (by phone, email or in person) for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You are the person responsible for detecting the problem’s nature and supporting the internal customer in the problem-solving process. You run diagnostic programs and make the follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
You have the responsibility to install, modify, clean-up and repair the computers. You are also responsible for carrying out administrative duties including user creation, password resetting, monitoring the network infrastructure, the backup, and the antivirus system.
In a continuous improvement dynamic, you collect feedback from employees about computer usage or running reports to determine malfunctions continually recurring.
Finally, you contribute to recommend the procedures improvements and prepare the training manuals for users.
Profile
With a technician diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a similar field you have ideally at least 3 years’ experience in a corporate helpdesk team.
Customer-oriented and problem solving, you are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit and ability to set the priority in a changing environment. Drive results oriented, you are a fast learner, flexible person with a strong communication skills. Teamwork is key for you and you build strong trustful relations within all the Bulgari internal employees and suppliers.
You have a large experience in maintaining current IT: hardware, desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and associated peripherals; you have as well a good knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft O365 suite, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft exchange, Sharepoint and SCCM.
Familiarity with ticketing system tool (ideally Service Now) and Mobile Management (Ideally Workspace One) is an asset. Experience in network management (first level), encryption and Data Security is a plus.
Fluent in English and French, the Italian is an asset.
Finally, you have the drive license to commute each week on the 3 manufactures (20% of the time is dedicated to external support at Saignelégier or Le Sentier manufacture).
