Job Description

You will join the Distributed Systems, Linux & Unix team, which is part of the Cloud Infrastructure. In particular you will join the Linux&Unix team, which is responsible of the whole *nix infrastructure environment for the Banking Platform (Avaloq Core Platform) we're offering to our clients.

Your key tasks

• Hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance.
• OS maintenance with proactive upgrades and patches.
• Supporting internal analysis and troubleshooting in case of incidents, issue, performance problems 24x7x365.
• Security hardening in the field of competence.
• Support Architectures in designing new solution or upgrading the existing ones.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in the field of competence.
• Linux or AiX proven or certified skills.
• Team work and good communication skills.
• Fluent English.

It would be a real bonus if you have

• Container experience.
• Public Cloud Service know-how.
• Middleware knowledge.
• Banking environment past experiences.
