For one of our prestigious clients, a growing pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist Distribution and Logistic to join them in their office near Lausanne area.

This is position is to start ASAP.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Coordinate logistics between selected CMOs & 3PLs.
  • Coordinates and oversees logistics for the company’s products sold to commercial distributors.
  • Coordinates customer products returns from 3PLs.
  • Coordinates samples process across different products and regions (replenishment, distribution, stock reconciliation).
  • Supports the donation process across EU markets.
  • Supports when needed investigation of inventory discrepancies between internal ERP and 3PLs’ systems.
  • Supports logistics or distribution partners changes when required by the business (change controls, coordinates actions with multiple stakeholders, ensures availability of product).
  • Reviews logistics SOPs when appropriate to ensure alignment with existing/changing operations.
  • Provides general support to the Supply Chain operations in Europe.
  • Contributes positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics.
  • Acts within compliance and legal requirements as well as within company guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or life science discipline.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of supply chain experience, some of which in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industry.
  • Strong understanding of physical distribution activities in the life science industry (GDPs).
  • Strong analytical, organizational and execution skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work both with internal and external partners.
  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Proficiency in usual Microsoft applications.
  • English fluency written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a small sized business environment in a highly regulated compliance setting.
