For is site of Mex, Switzerland, BOBST is looking for a Procurement on Demand Team Leader.
As an a Procurement on Demand Team Leader you will report directly to the Supply on Demand Manager.
This is a permanent contract, 100% activity rate. Start date is to be discussed.

As a Procurement on Demand Team Leader you will be part of a dynamic team in transformation, within a business unit in strong development.
Mission :
Working in after-sales Supply Chain, you'll be in charge of sourcing parts not available in stock for reducing delivery lead-times to Bosbt customers, while daily leading the Technical Procurement and Procurement on Demand specialists.
You will do sales orders analysis for identifying missing parts (not available in stock) and will then manage parts sourcing to dedicated suppliers and/or find alternative solutions (replacement part, technical solution) for accelerating delivery time to Bobst customers. You will manage related purchase orders, ensuring an on-time delivery.
You will lead the team on daily operations, by ensuring implementation of way of working and processes, managing business continuity and backup and supporting your manager on daily operation.

- Drawing and technical specifications analysis
- Source identification within the Rapid Supply supply base
- Ensure supplier capability to deliver within 5 days
- Negotiate price and lead-time as well as priorities
- Setup items for securing data quality and coherency
- Handle customer offers via RFQ to suppliers.
- Execute purchase orders.
- Manage and monitor purchase orders for ensuring on-time delivery
- Synchronize purchase order and sales order deliveries
- Propose technical alternative solution.
- Is the link with RD&E and technical services for validating technical solutions.
- Organize team daily job.
- Implement targeted way of working and processes.
- Animate operational meetings for setting priorities.
- Ensure operations continuity by managing backups between team members.
- Develop team competences and driving team annual performance reviews.
- Support the team for escalation.
- Ensure team well being and taking actions accordingly.
Profile and competences :
Your competences allow you to decrypt mechanical technical drawings by understanding what the manufacturing steps and processes are to manufacture a part, including surface treatment. You are also able to understand mechanical and electrical commercial parts.
Your skills :
- CFC or Brevet ES technique (mechanical / mecatronic / automation / …)
- First experience of management
- French, English, (B2 minimm)
- Supplier relationship experience
- Spare Parts Supply chain experience
- Autonomous and solution provider
- Rigorous and well organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- SAP
