We are looking for a qualified and motivated Web Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Team!

Your Mission:

Reporting to Web Manager Lead you will be responsible for driving the Digital Sales mission together with the Digital Team. In your role, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales and revenue generation across brands. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the online shopping experience and maximizing conversion rates on our websites. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce principles, customer online behaviour, and strong marketing background.

Your duties:

  • Drive and contribute to the mission of the Digital team to increase online sales
  • Deliver and execute on new ideas to improve the customers’ experience and customer journeys on our websites, with a customer-oriented approach & communication
  • Build the online marketing stories for all different brands and product lines
  • Update websites for all Salt’s brands following the commercial roadmap.
  • Coordinate the commercial roadmap execution (e.g. new product launches, new tactical measures) assuring the brand consistency and the e-commerce performance.
  • Ensure consistency of content across our platforms and the marketing attractivity / sales driven approach of all websites’ animation.
  • Lead dedicated projects and partnerships with the goal of improving the digital conversion and increase digital sales
  • Ensure content across all brands, websites & pages is customer-oriented and targeted towards increasing conversion
  • Push the existing functionalities of CMS to ensure the highest UX optimisation on all customer journeys
  • On request, participate on new CMS releases to push the newest development to production and validate correctness
  • Contribute to improving UX in our websites across brands. UX knowledge and graphic sensitiveness are an asset
  • Together with analytics, build, execute and follow up the improvement plan to fight against any conversion killer & work on continuously improving conversion rate across brands & products
  • Translate data insights and customer online behaviour into specific actions and improvements to increase conversion rate
  • Identify and perform added value AB test, and ensure that decisions taken are compliant with learnings.
  • Together with the Digital team, contribute to improvements in SEO across all brands
  • Work together and ensure strong collaboration with IT, developers, digital and marketing team members

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years’ experience on a similar position, managing 360 activities around websites.
  • Proven successful experience in conversion optimisation and digital marketing. UX experience and web design experience is an asset.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms. Drupal would be an asset.
  • A deep knowledge of Digital Marketing and e-commerce environment, with strong marketing and sales mindset.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high pace environment and under time pressure
  • Ability to cooperate and work with many different personalities and stakeholders across different departments
  • Data-driven personality, continuous improvement mindset and customer-oriented approach
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
  • Ability to get your hands dirty and step out of job description to “get things done”
  • Knowledge of agile and experience working in agile are an asset
  • Mastery in writing at least 2 of our website languages (French, German, English, Italian).
