Aiglon College is a not-for-profit, international boarding school offering a distinctive, world-class education in a stunning alpine setting.

The school seeks to appoint a suitably qualified

Deputy School Director

to join the school from: August 2024 or January 2025

The Role:The Deputy School Director is a pivotal position within the School Council (Leadership Team) and entails overseeing the safeguarding and wellbeing teams to cultivate a nurturing, values-driven environment for students. This involves fostering a sense of achievement, belonging, and worth for each student. Additionally, the Deputy School Director is an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), working alongside the School Director, CFO/COO, and other Deputy School Director. Aiglon, distinguished by its philosophy and ethos, prioritises the holistic development of every child. As a school committed to character development and holistic education, we prioritise the student experience and ensure that their wellbeing and safety are fundamental to their journey at Aiglon.
