They are available at and outside of the Swiss clinic to offer the most complete daily routines for longevity. E-commerce is already implemented and we are now working on opening retailers on an international level.


Clienteling & Marketing Specialist




Holistic Health promotional material :

- Assist with creation and updates of marketing and sales supports (brochures, leaflets, sales book, website, etc)

- Responsible for the translations of such material (with support of supplier when needed)

- Participation to the content creation (digital, print)


Events support :

- Assist the marketing and sales managers for the organization of corporate local and international events for Holistic Health (including logistics. coordination of printing, invitations, …) and post-event reports

Support Corporate Marketing team projects as needed and requested : branding, digital, e-commerce, CRM, research, presentations, …



Mapping customer journeys to create highly personalized clients’ interactions and the best brand experience

- Identify customer profiles and set up clienteling journeys that seek to establish meaningful relationships between the brand and each customer thanks to real-time data, based on the customer profile

- Implement bespoke clienteling actions to offer a truly personalised experience to specific customer profiles (create the tools and follow them from A to Z, including personal involvement of the CEO into the customer journey). Be the reference person for all these clienteling touchpoints.

- Work with the CRM-digital manager, the customer service manager and other client-related stakeholders to ensure a seamless brand and buying experience on the e-commerce channels, on automated CRM communications and customer templates, and overall to identify any gaps and opportunities into the customer experience across all touchpoints, transactions and engagements

- Follow all relative initiatives and reportings



Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing Director for the retail set up, expansion and excellence


Act as the key contact person for the trade partners

- Assist in answering and coordinating retailers’ inquiries and requests

- Create and maintain the master calendar of trade activity (store events and others in-store activations such as promotions, etc)

- Coordinate and manage all retail activities: coordinates the creation and production of specific promotional materials needed by the retailer, shipping and other to serve field needs and local campaigns. If needed participate to local trade events,

- Develop training and education material, and assist with staff training (the candidate must be comfortable with creating and giving presentations)

Leader for training of retail teams, and all connected training material

Visual Merchandising and Retail design concept

- Leader for this dimension, and for the related tools and training, working closely with corporate marketing




Support for administrative missions:

- Undertake daily administrative tasks when needed

- Follow-up purchase orders and invoices

- In charge of stock inventories follow up (gifts, brochures, …)

- Update databases and inventories

- Conduct market researches

- Create powerpoint presentations

The position reports to the Marketing Director of Clinique La Prairie.



Full Time 100%

Position available from the 1st June 2022

This is a junior position



- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field with at least 2 years of experience

- Experience in retail marketing is a plus

- Good understanding of luxury (experience in this industry is preferred but not a must)

- Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task. Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.

- Fluent in both French and English is a must

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Team-player

- Proficiency level in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
