Logistics Process Engineer (f/d/m)

You will analyze and evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to enhance productivity . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse personnel, transportation managers, suppliers, and customers, to gather data, understand requirements, and implement process changes. This position offers a dynamic carrier path, with potential and exciting possibilities for growth and professional development 

Key responsibilities:

  • Execution of the practical project work within a cGMP regulated environment. An implicit lead function in process execution can be assigned.
  • Author, review and Implementation of process related procedures (Standard operation procedures, Reports,…).
  • Identify areas for improvement, optimize operations, and ensure a smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
  • Reporting of non-conformances and initiation of quality issue records and low impact investigations as well as corrective actions under cGMP.
  • Evaluate process performance and deviations while implementing a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics function by developing and implementing performance measurement systems, conducting regular audits, and driving lean methodologies.
  • Propose new or improved technologies to enhance quality, cost efficiencies, personnel safety and regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Site Distribution/Logistics, and Quality.

Key requirements:

Hard Skills:

  • University or higher technical education qualification with several years of experience
  • Desired Experience within a cGMP environment (Change Controls, CAPA’s,Deviations,…). Will be considered as an advance
  • Confident handling of MS-Office
  • Experience with ERP Systems (desired)
  • Ability to work according to tight and changing timelines
  • Accurate working and documentation style
  • English and/or  German is a must
