Sales Services Specialist (100% - one year ? might be extended)

Position Summary

As a Sales Services Specialist, you are the link between the Key Account Manager, our internal stakeholders and the Customer. You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager and support on the development and implementation of the annual customer plans.

A day in a life of a Sales Services Specialist

  • Support the Key Account Managers in managing the operational activities like annual planning of Trade
  • Verify and nurture the productive business communication with Customer buyers to improve the relationship with customers (Phone, Mail, Visits)
  • Manage activities, assortment, Promotional Planning and provide reporting and analysis
  • Deliver accurate Trade activity on time and information such as off-invoice discounts and accruals.
  • Ensure flawless End-to-End execution of promotional Trade Activities to support and liaise with Demand Planning (Budget, Offer, volume planning, evaluation)
  • Proactively construct and implement improvements to sales and cross stream processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time savings, increased efficiencies etc)
  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or higher education degree
  • 2-3 years of operational experience, preferably in Sales or Supply Chain roles (e.g. Demand planning, Customer service) would be a plus
  • Fluency in German with good knowledge of in English and French
