MSF OCG is undergoing a significant transformation in its Human Resource function, guided by a comprehensive HR Strategy for 2023-2028, aiming to evolve HR into a strategic partner through major shifts in HR structure, people and capabilities, and information systems. This change reflects the global evolution of the MSF workforce, with an increase in locally hired staff in senior roles and a more geographically diverse internationally mobile staff. Additionally, a focus on evolving staff reward systems underscores a move towards more equitable, transparent, and consistent practices, ensuring MSF is equipped with the global workforce necessary to tackle future humanitarian challenges.
