We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team.

Location: Biel/Bienne, with up to 40% home office possible.

Your responsibilities in the Retention Team:

• Handling calls from customers looking to terminate their contracts.
• Providing personalized sales advice regarding our products and services.
• Contacting relevant customers, if necessary (outgoing calls), to present them with contract extension offers.

What you bring to the table:

• Customer-oriented experience.
• Sales enthusiasm and experience.
• Proficiency in one of the Swiss national language (both spoken and written), as well as good knowledge of a second language (German, English, French, Italian).
• A penchant for daily interactions with digital applications and an interest in telecommunications.
• Contact Center experience is a plus.
• Personal strengths: Reliability, social competence, and punctuality.
