Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative and Commercial Assistant to support our sales and administrative operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, assisting the sales team with customer inquiries, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
- Manage and keep up to date the customer database
- Responsible for compiling and updating sales-related files
- Enter sales invoices into the ERP and send them to customers
- Under the supervision of the sales representatives, follow up on customer unpaid invoices and send reminders
- Support sales representatives in preparing sales analysis and reports
- Control and generate stock movements related to sales in our ERP (sales, returns, etc.)
- If necessary, under the supervision of the logistics manager, carry out inventory checks and make corrections to inventories in the ERP
- Backup of the Accountant for making payments under the supervision of the CFO
- Responsible for reception and switchboard
- Help with document management and archiving
- Management of company premises, maintenance, security, access and insurances
- Dispatch of national and international documents
- Organize trips, hotel-restaurant reservations, etc.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, office management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or commercial support roles
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar environment is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems
- High level of accuracy in managing documentation, data entry, and scheduling
- Ability to address and resolve administrative or customer-related issues efficiently
- Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- French mother tongue with excellent command of English
