Assistant to the CEO and HR Director H/F

We are looking for an experienced full-time assistant to assist the CEO and HR Director of one of our clients, active in the Swiss and international industrial sector.

He/she will provide full assistance to the CEO and support the HR Director in his/her day-to-day tasks, and will play a key role in organisation, reporting and communication with external partners. He/she will provide a first-class service to our customers and partners.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
- Managing and organising diaries, meetings, conferences and travel.
- Handle correspondence and routine day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication with customers, visitors and partners (in the Director's absence) and welcome them.
- Prepare and monitor projects in the Director's absence
- Contribute to all projects and tasks according to his/her skills, at the request and/or under the supervision of the HRD.

Education and experience :
- At least 10 years in a similar position
- Mother tongue English, French or German, fluency in the other two languages at C1 level (oral and written)
- MS Office (advanced knowledge), ERP (AX, SAP)
