The Company
HAYA Therapeutics SA is a precision therapeutics company that discovers and develops innovative tissue- and cell-selective genomic medicines for fibrotic diseases and other serious health conditions associated with aging, including cancer. The Company’s discovery engine focuses on long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) within the “dark matter” of the human genome -- key tissue and cell-specific drivers of fibrosis and other disease processes -- to identify novel targets and drug candidates with the potential for greater efficacy and safety than existing treatments. HAYA’s lead therapeutic candidate is an antisense molecule (HTX-001) targeting Wisper, a cardiac-enriched master driver of fibrosis, which has shown in preclinical testing the ability to halt and potentially reverse the fibrotic processes underlying heart failure. The company is currently progressing with the pre-clinical development of HTX-001 through regulatory toxicology studies. The Company is also developing a pipeline of lncRNA-targeting candidates for the tissue-specific treatment of fibrotic diseases in other tissues, including lungs, kidney, liver, and the tumor microenvironment. About the job
We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our Administration Department in Lausanne. In this role you will be directly reporting to the Executive Administrative Assistant.
You will be joining a highly dynamic department with close interaction with experts and consultants to contribute to the development of the administration infrastructure of the Swiss and the US entities. You will also collaborate on human resources tasks such as the enrollments of new employees and on some financial and high technological projects such as the implementation of the ERP.
HAYA seeks candidates who are creative, goal-oriented, excellent communicators, motivated to learn new skills and work collaboratively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Primary responsibilities
Assisting with the following tasks:
Assistance in Human Resources tasks
- Assistance with insurances relations and contracts
Assistance in accounting and banking relations
Assistance with scheduling meeting with multiple time zones for the CEO and the CTO
Assistance in General and Admin tasks
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position needs:
Obligatory:
CFC of employé.e de commerce, ideally profil M, or HEG Diploma
Two years of professional experience in a similar role
English as a professional language
- Swiss work permit or Swiss citizenship
A strong plus:
Experience with US companies
A plus:
Knowledge of HR, insurances and accounting in Switzerland
Experience of the ERP Odoo
Location: Lausanne/Epalinges, Switzerland
