Description
You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Legal and Board Services. The team consists of a total of 7 people. Your main tasks will include:
- Like a conductor, you actively manage the schedule of our Legal & Board Services manager and coordinate their appointments to ensure smooth organization.
- You provide active support in the preparation and conduct of board meetings, general assemblies, and also handle matters related to the share register.
- With your assistance in correspondence and internal communication, we get things moving.
- On a daily basis, you support the department in various administrative tasks and assist with translations and the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
- With you at the helm, departmental events are always a success, organized and coordinated optimally.
- You support the entire department in various exciting and diverse projects.
Profile
- German C1/C2, English B2, French B2

- Confirmed experience of several years in a similar position
