Your skills
  • Completed education in business administration and professional experience in a sales-related coordination role
  • Empathic personality with strong communication skills and a high customer and solution orientation
  • Teamplayer who works effectively and collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive team dynamics
  • High affinity and interest in digital products and service solutions, good knowledge of MS-Office and Salesforce CRM system is an advantage
  • As the daily business is in French we expect excellent French skills and a very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German
Your Tasks
  • Administrative management of our B2B customer contracts (set up services, enter and close contracts in our CRM, send order confirmations, invoice and review incoming invoices)
  • Support sales staff in customer acquisition and retention (send statistics, prepare business appointments, prepare and send offers to customers)
  • Identify customer expectations and needs as part of the daily sales support (includes sales lead management)
  • First-level support: answer customers' support requests (by phone, e-mail & chat) and follow up in Salesforce CRM / coordinate the implementation of technical interfaces and check their functionality
  • Support and train B2B customers in the optimal use of JobCloud SA platforms
  • Ensure the quality of customer-created content on JobCloud SA platforms (paid and free ads, company profiles) and compliance with GTCs, quality policies and internal procedures

  • Given the amount of experience we want for in this position, a reasonable wage range is between CHF 70’000.- and CHF 85’000.-
