Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & control activities
• Support on compliance risk assessment
• Regulatory monitoring/Impact Assessment/Reporting/Oversight Forum/Annual Presentation of Reg Changes to the Board
• Annual review of Dormant Accounts
• Outsourcing reviews
• Day to day management of queries from business and other functions
• Review of KODs/Policies

Profile:

• Law degree preferred; a degree in business administration is also acceptable.
• Ideally 5 years of experience in compliance in Swiss banking industry
• Solid understanding of compliance controls
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French
