Swisscare is a leading digital insurance brokerage company, with headquarters based in Bern (CH) and Balzers (LI).
We specialize in the distribution of insurance products for international students across Switzerland and Europe.
As we continue to drive our mission forward, we're seeking a dedicated Insurance Customer Manager FR/EN (Gestionnaire en Assurance) to join our Customer Care Unit Team based in Bern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our customer's insurance contracts, following company guidelines.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, resolving queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the customer care team to achieve the company's service objectives.
- Work with other departments to develop and implement procedures to improve customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a similar position in the insurance industry.
- French native speaker and very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and handle pressure.
- Be interested to work in a digital environment
- Permission to work in Switzerland.
