EPoS, the company industrializing the fastest, most eco-compatible manufacturing technology worldwide, is expanding its capabilities to support manufacturing companies globally. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with EPoS’ management team to build solid and stable relationships with customers and partners across various industrial sectors. Our technology offers concrete benefits by reducing energy consumption, lowering costs and efforts, and simplifying production processes. We are looking for a dynamic, open minded and curious individual who is passionate about driving growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive technical sales and structured business development efforts.
- Identify and develop new markets and opportunities globally.
- Develop and execute company’s sales and go-to-market strategy.
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with strategic customers and partners.
- Structure and optimize sales activities and processes.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals and sales forecasts.
- Manage and communicate sales forecasts, sales opportunity pipeline, sales report to management
- Maintain and update the client database in the CRM.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
The ideal candidate:
- MS/BS degree in engineering or physics with a strong technical background.
- At least 5 years of proven success in a similar role with a strong background in international technical B2B sales and structured business development
- Industry experience in materials and components, preferably in semiconductors, watchmaking, automotive or aerospace.
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German and/or French, and/or Italian is a significant advantage.
- Smart, curious, open-minded and data-driven, with a collaborative and dependable nature.
- Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
