The purpose of this role:

In this role, the Embedded Systems Engineer will participate in the development process of next generation Optical Tracking Cameras. You will design, develop, maintain, test and document high-end firmwares used in Atracsys Optical Tracking Cameras, that comply with medical device standards.

Your responsibilites:

• Architecture, conception and design of electronic circuits
• PCB schematics and routing using Altium Designer
• Supervision of prototype production
• Architecture, conception and design of firmware
• Testing and debugging of electronic circuits
• Documentation work within ISO 13485 design and development process
• Design of production tools
• IEC-60601 EMC and electrical safety product validation with external laboratory
• Provide electronic and firmware related support to customers
• Analyze NC

Your profile:

• Engineer master degree (EPF or equivalent)
• Several years experience, ideally in the medical industry
• Practical experience in electronic design (Altium Designer)
• Embedded systems engineering skills (FPGA, firmware, Atmel AVR)
• Fluent communication in French and English (B1 or higher level mandatory)
