Your responsabilities:

The job holder performs tasks for the Planning Support Team within the training organization. She/he offers an efficient, effective and timely service to all customers.

  • Provides planning support services within skyguide academy for all internal and external customers according to the standards and requirements
  • Analyses and plans short- and long-term training needs for internal and external units
  • Planning includes infrastructure, simulators, instructors, trainees
  • Initiates proposals and improvements to increase the service provision and efficiency
  • Coordinates the planning of all training activities within the skyguide academy
  • Interact with Air Traffic Controller candidates, including recruitment administration
Your profile:

  • Matura or vocational apprenticeship with federal certificate
  • Solid work experience in planning and administrative activities
  • Proficient user of MS-Office and ability to familiarize with new tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible teamplayer with high sense of responsibility
  • High customer service orientation and high level of discretion
  • Business fluent in German and English, French is an asset
