Portfolio Management Assistant in the ICT Department (80% or 100%)

For an international organization, we are looking for a

Portfolio Management Assistant in the ICT Department (80% or 100%)

Your challenges

• Ensure that various financial systems are updated daily with the latest procurement and budgetary data, maintaining accuracy and currency of information.
• Analyze both on-premises and cloud data hosting to generate usage and cost reports.
• Assist in monthly reconciliation of invoices for major providers, such as infrastructure providers, following established procedures.
• Aid in the preparation of financial reports concerning IT budgets and expenditures for internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, curate, and analyze financial data related to IT expenditures to identify trends, forecast budgetary needs, and support financial decision-making.
• Provide office and administrative support for the ICT department, including creating Purchase Requisitions, coordinating with the Procurement Division for Purchase Order creation, reconciling and processing approved invoices.
• Undertake any other related duties as required.

Your skills

• Successfully completed secondary education
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of administrative and office support experience
• Proficient in written and spoken English with a keen understanding of applicable rules, regulations, and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules efficiently, work autonomously on routine tasks, and consistently meet deadlines
• Effective team player with strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with proficient numerical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and adept at learning new software quickly
• Proficiency in French language
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably PeopleSoft
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships and working relationships in a diverse and multicultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity
• Committed to delivering exceptional client service

Hourly wage : 33.50 CHF
