Lead Talent Acquisition (f/m/d, 80 - 100%)

  • In our small HR team you would completely take on the Lead for everything around Talent Acquisition. This includes Recruiting but also Employer Branding.

  • You define our Recruiting & Employer Branding strategy with a data-driven approach.

  • You are responsible for the recruiting process for the complete Climeworks Group including training & development of unexperienced hiring managers.

  • You create chances for recruiting by being present at job fairs, on various channels online & offline and you inspire our target group for our mission.

  • The complete operative recruiting is part of your job: From coordinating interviews, to assessing candidates up to preparing the employment contract.

  • Since Climeworks is a very young company, you will be able to contribute your ideas in various related HR fields.
    • You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar.

    • You bring at least 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment, having been responsible for the recruiting process of positions from A-Z.

    • Strong knowledge in Active Sourcing is an absolute must for this position. Experience in Employer Branding is a plus.

    • You are highly customer-friendly, agile and dynamic.

    • You would describe yourself as a self-start and like to take ownership.

    • Are you fluent in English and on top of that your German is good? Than we definitely want to get to know you!
