The Kusnacht Practice is seeking a passionate Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our esteemed branch in Geneva. As a key member of our team, you will take charge of coordinating every facet of your assigned clients' treatments, with an unwavering commitment to delivering an unparalleled client experience.

- Coordinate and oversee the comprehensive treatment of assigned clients, ensuring the highest quality standards are consistently met
- Efficiently schedule weekly treatment plans and medical appointments for clients, collaborating with internal team members and external consultants in a timely manner
- Conduct regular care plan reviews with clients, actively incorporating feedback and communicating relevant information to the team to enhance the client experience
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with external providers, family members, and referrers involved in the care of assigned clients
- Provide post-discharge support through relationship management, coordinating all aspects of clients' continuing care program
- Assist in the development and documentation of policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the branch using electronic platforms
- Support the Clinical Operations Manager in various operational tasks as required
- Participate in weekend on-call duties on a rotating basis
- Background in healthcare and/or mental health (e.g., nursing, psychology, social work, psychiatry, counseling, coaching) or a strong personal interest demonstrated in your cover letter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum level C1); fluency in French is a plus
- Passionate about assuming the role of a client coordinator
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at processing new information with short notice, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility
- Possess a natural empathic approach to support individuals during challenging times, embracing the opportunity to contribute to a team effort aimed at improving clients' quality of life
- Previous experience in overseeing small teams a plus
- Proficient in MS Office suite with the ability to quickly learn new software tools
- Display strong self-discipline, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to going the extra mile, with an absolute adherence to confidentiality
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
- Swiss driving license cat. B is a must
