Our client is a fast-growing company in the IT sector.
You will coordinate the signature process of legal documents and contracts with relevant stakeholders. To do so, you will track the documents on the database and follow-up on the signatures in a timely basis, contacting the right people.
You have a first experience in team assisting and administration, and ideally in a legal department of a large firm. You speak fluent English and are computer literate. You are extremely meticulous and proactive.
