Our Recruitment & Admissions department is looking for a
Recruitment Manager - Postgraduate Programs
(Act. rate: 100%)
About the role
Your mission will be to reach the targeted number of enrolled students of agreed postgraduate
program(s) and increase the quality and diversity of candidates by designing and implementing a
solid recruitment and conversion strategy for agreed postgraduate program(s).
Implement a sales strategy for agreed postgraduate program(s) in orderte achieve enrolment targets and selectivity ratio objectives set by EHL Management;
Identify and seek new sales opportunities as well as analyze targetable customers, acquire a
thorough understanding of their needs, develop the appropriate sales pitch and action plan;
Attend recruitment-related events to generate new leads as well as organize yield activities
to convert leads;
Maintain CRM system, manage related reports to track prospects through the admissions
funnel, prepare regular progress and forecast reports as well as statistics & KPI's as
requested by the Admissions & Recruitment Director;
Closely collaborate with the academic department in Postgraduate program's trends,
content, students profile and on the development of new postgraduate portfolio as well as
with the Marketing, and communication departments to plan and promote the visibility of
EHL's Postgraduate programs;
Guide candidates through application process by professionally administer, process and evaluate student applications through EHL's customer relationship management system as well as organizing Selection interviews in collaboration with the Faculty and Program
Collaborate with Partner's institution for joint-program Admissions;
Participate in various on-campus admissions and recruitment activities such as Information
Sessions, Open Day, and Face to Face meetings.
You are holding a Master degree or an equivalent diploma;
7 to 10 years of work experience in a relevant field such as international higher education,
marketing, sales or business development ;
Totally fluent in both French and English - any other language is a plus;
Professional exposure to hospitality environment is an added value;
Some knowledge or a past experience working on CRM is a plus.
