My client is a renown international investment management company with an outstanding reputation in the industry.
My client is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant with experience working with international organization to join their office in Geneva.
This position is to support administratively the CEO in their personal and business activities.
Responsibilities:
· Overseeing household staff and staff schedules
· Managing the CEO's properties in Geneva and abroad
· Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls
· Coordinating, scheduling and managing meetings both in person and by VCs (Zoom/Webex)
· Extensive calendar management, dealing with the team internally and with clients
· Provide extensive travel arrangements, including: booking flights, visa applications, accommodation, ground transfers, arranging meeting and preparation of itineraries if needed
· Restaurant and car bookings
· Various ad hoc administration tasks
Your profile:
· Extensive diary management experience ideally in international organization
· 2 - 5 years' relevant executive/administrative experience ideally in financial company
· Previous roles supporting a team in a very fast-pace environment
· Excellent use of English and French – (written and spoken)
· Proven expertise with the Internet and Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel and Outlook
· Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple priorities
· Extremely organised with excellent time management skills
· Ability to manage complex schedules, calendars and travel arrangements across different time zones
· Able to work as part of a team and to take instructions from supervisor.
