Digital Marketing Intern

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing?
InterSoccer, Switzerland’s largest grassroots football provider for boys and girls aged 3-13, is offering a 4 to 6+-month full-time internship starting in January/February, where you will develop skills in social media management, paid advertising, copywriting, content production, website management, video creation and editing, as well as graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and management of digital content for social media and the website.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including conversion tracking and performance monitoring.
- Conduct paid media performance analysis, A/B testing, and continuous optimization of campaigns.
- Design marketing materials, including infographics, videos and flyers.
- Support promotional activities, including digital campaigns and local marketing efforts.
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos, contributing to brand storytelling.
- Support in managing website updates, optimizing SEO, and enhancing pages with visuals and multimedia.
- Conduct market research and support database management.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in social media management, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid media tracking and optimization
- Good understanding of email marketing, CRM systems, and campaign workflows
- Familiarity with website management and SEO
- Basic graphic design (Canva) and video editing skills (Capcut)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French (German good to have)
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and bring creative ideas to life
- A proactive, dynamic, and flexible mindset
- Based in Geneva/Vaud, holding a Swiss passport or a valid Swiss work permit
